The Sault College Health & Wellness Centre (HWC) houses the following:

a fully functional fitness space featuring state of the art Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment (memberships available)
an indoor track overlooking the gymnasium
a full sized gymnasium with an occupancy of 1200 for sporting events (rentals available)
a group exercise room with Fitness On Demand programming
