Sault College to host OCAA Curling Championships



(Sault Ste. Marie, ON, February 1, 2024) – Sault College is proud to announce it has been selected to host the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Curling Championships scheduled to take place from February 8-10, 2024, at the YNCU Curling Centre.

The OCAA Curling Championships hosted by Sault College will feature top-tier teams vying for the provincial championship and a berth at the National Championships. There will be 15 teams from six schools participating across the men’s, women’s and mixed divisions. With the YNCU Curling Centre and Sault Ste. Marie’s warm hospitality, the event promises an unforgettable experience for athletes, coaches and spectators alike.

Schedule of Events

Competition kicks off with Draw 1 on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. and will feature at least three draws daily through until the finals on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 5 p.m. The full competition schedule can be found online here!


The OCAA Curling Championship will be open to the public and free of charge for admission. We encourage residents and curling enthusiasts to come out and support the participating teams.
