Special Events
The Waterfront Centre is the perfect location to host your next event! Our space is versatile and can be customized to suit your needs, whether you are planning a team bonding event, celebrating a special occasion, or any other event.
Types of Rentals
Private Event - The patio and café will be reserved for only your guests, along with any other activities booked. *If courts and watercrafts are not booked for the event, they will be available to members and the public* (Private events will require 3rd party liability insurance)
Open Event - You are hosting an event that is open to the public, where guests can come and go as they please.
Rental Rates
All rentals are on an hourly basis and are subject to applicable taxes

| Watercrafts | $20.00 per boat | Maximum of 6 kayaks, 3 canoes, and 5 stand up paddleboards |
Full facility - 3 hour all-inclusive rate of $1,000.00 - includes unlimited usage of courts, patio and watercrafts. Each additional hour is $250.00.
The capacity of the cafe and patio is 50 seated and 75 standing in each space.
Beverages
Specialty drinks and alcohol available upon request
Open Bar: The tab will be paid at the end of the rental; guests are able to add drinks to the tab throughout the event. A 15% gratuity will be added to the tab at the end of the night
Cash Bar: Patrons pay for their own drinks throughout the event
A detailed drink price list is available for special event inquiries.
Food and Catering
Renters can choose their caterer for their event
WAC dishes/silverware rental and cleanup fee is $150.00, dishes are available for a maximum of 50 people
Other Items
Projector, screen, and microphone are available for use if needed free of charge
Bluetooth speakers are included (use of Spotify and Apple Music is available)
