Bio

Jenna’s philosophy as a personal trainer focuses on the lifelong improvements of both the physical and mental health of her clients. Jenna is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with the Ontario Fitness Council and a Registered Social Worker. Jenna is a proud mother and understands that life is busy and demanding. She believes that making time for yourself is a necessary part of having a well-balanced lifestyle.

Jenna has been a RHEP since 2016 and has an extensive knowledge base that will help her clients achieve their wellness goals. Jenna has extensive experience within the following areas

  • Sports specific training
  • Pregnancy and post partum and training
  • Weight loss
  • Strength training
  • Body building
  • Fitness for mental health

Jenna strives to inspire her clients through mutual collaboration. Jenna guides her clients with the proper knowledge and skills that are needed to achieve a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. She believes that as a team, you will be able to reach your goals in a functional, safe and fun way! Jenna enjoys working with motivated clients looking to make a healthy lifestyle change and is open to clients of all fitness levels.

Education & Credentials:

  • Graduate of Sault College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion
  • Ontario Fitness Council RHEP-CPT certified
  • Ontario Fitness Council RHEP- Group Exercise certified
  • Graduate of Algoma University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Minor in Sociology of Health, Wellness, and Addictions.
