Bio

Megan is entering her first season as the head coach of the Cougars after serving three seasons as an assistant. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, she played in the Sault Female Hockey Association (SFHA) and was the captain of her U18AA Wildcats. 

After receiving a bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Brock University, she began working with the Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club of the Ontario Hockey League. During her time with the Greyhounds, Megan gained experience in many areas and was the Director of Game Day Operations and Merchandising for four years.

In 2018, Megan began coaching with the SFHA, helping as an assistant coach with the U15 AA Wildcats/Greyhounds teams. She was also on the SFHA board as the Director of Player/Coach Development for one year before dedicating her time to the U18 program.

Dubas has been a key contributor behind the bench for the three consecutive ACHA National Championships in Women's Division 2, including a 31-0-0 record in 2023.
